Assemble the Test Fixture

1. Place a nylon unthreaded #6, 3/16" long spacer under the bottom of one of the six holes around the perimeter of the test fixture board.
2. Install a nylon #6-32, 1/4" diameter x TBD" long screw through the top of the test fixture hole, through the spacer, and through the test fixture support board.
3. Install a nylon #6-32 nut onto the screw. Tighten finger-tight. They will be tightened later.
4. Repeat for the other five holes.

1. Place the alignment pins through the top of the alignment pin holes in the test fixture and then through the top of the holes in the test fixture support board.

1. Align the two boards so that the alignment pins are vertical.
2. Tighten the six nuts.
